The picture shows this mint 1 previous owner, 12,000 from new lives up to its condition. Has been moted last year and used for a few months.
Gevonden in het depot van de Stichting Monument & Materiaal. Het is (nog) niet bekend op welke gevel deze steen oorspronkelijk heeft gezeten.
Van Brunt is one of the main drags in the Red Hook section of Brooklyn. Red Hook is a peninsula isolated from much of the borough by the BQE and lack of subway service. Those conditions have given the area an interesting feel.
Two AA vans sit outside the main entrance to Fanum House. One is in the old livery (white AA) and one is in the new livery.
Annie looks like a Turkish Van, but she's not purebred. She's a dilute calico "Van-alike": pure white except for some coloring at her head and her tail. She knows she is lovely, too, and has a temperamental personality to match. She is very territorial of my bed and chases my other cats away at times.
She is, however, devoted to Molly and often snuggles up to her. They are like two peas in a pod. When they're not trading swipes, that is.

During the first workshop in December 2013, the composers worked with the four highly experienced singers of VOCAALLAB (high soprano, mezzo/alto, low tenor, baritone) and Eva Reiter (viola da gamba, Paetzold bass recorder) on these pieces. The singers also presented topics from older and contemporary repertoire, in order to study and compare this material, to share their experiences, and show them different ways of singing and writing for the voice, including topics like the use of text, the different styles of vocalization (from bel canto to traditional or popular voices, world music, noises and new sounds made possible by amplification, the voice as pure instrument, speaking and transitioning from speaking to singing).
This workshop included a lecture by Wouter Snoei, regarding the question of how to use electronics in relation to voice.

Of all the horse breeds the Gypsy Vanner horse is my favorite. This medieval horse has power, grace and friendly temperment.
