By sheer serendipity, we saw four sea turtles climb up on this gravel beach near Pauoa Bay, just after sunset, on the grounds of the Fairmont Orchid resort. Because of the low light it was tough to get their faces in focus. Oh well!

My boyfriend tripped when we had just began our walk in the woods. It sounded like he had kicked a rock. Turns out, he accidentally kicked this little dude! All was well with the turtle and he "ran" away perfectly well soon after this photo.
