New recipe! From @heidihi's book. Except I used shoyu rather than salt.

I don't think I like the curry powder I have - prefer just tumeric + cumin. Also! Mushrooms. But I didn't have any. Capsicum is good too.

Oh and I was totally going to put nutritional yeast in but I forgot :(

I threw this together for MeetUp group's vegan potluck today... it was yummy!

Romaine lettuce, red onion, strawberries, raisins, pumpkin seeds... oh, and chopped celery and chopped zucchini

Dressing (3 tbsp tahini, one lemon, 3 dried apricots, fresh cilantro and parsley, black pepper, tumeric, dab of olive oil, tsp of organic sunflower lecithin, pinch of sea salt... blended with about 3/4 cup cup of water)

I was the Indian equivalent of a bridesmaid for Rohit and Varshas wedding. In this photo I am applying a tumeric mixture to Rohit the day before the wedding.

The ground is fired prior to raising the turmeric roots.

It was meant to be chicken balti, but tesco let us down, so we substitued turkey mince instead! Made it from Slimming World's Curry Feasts book, and it was very good - needed a bit more ginger, but otherwise was very nice, quite mild.
