The damp eucalyptus bark looked great, the vibrant colours intensified by the afternoon light, however I thought it needed some post processing to make a more interesting photograph.... particularly to accentuate the luminosity and give it a porcelain quality..

I'm finally getting the hang of layering translucent canes.

Oh She does look pretty in the blues and Greens <3

It was a breezy day so I can't believe that this turned out so well - nature in close up is so beautiful and I sometimes don't think we appreciate just how much beauty there is right under our noses
