Materials
Paper: Revere Book Suede by Magnani, off-white
Revere, which means to regard with respect tinged with awe, is an appropriate name for this beautiful ivory 100% cotton, neutral pH, chlorine-free, internally sized, deckled paper mouldmade in Italy.
Revere was not a range of fine art papers that was created overnight; but rather, a dedicated project by the Magnani paper mill that was two years in the making. The result was a fine art paper range of superior quality, consistency and versatility.
Manufactured utilizing energy generated by Magnani's own water turbines, Revere is composed of fibers sourced from tree-free 100% cotton linters, naturally acid-free, neutral pH and chlorine-free to endure the tests of time.
Endpaper: Blue Lokta handmade paper, hand painted with gold leaves
Lokta paper is handmade traditionally in Nepal from the bark of Daphne Papyracea called LOKTA. These plants are found in the forest of Nepal between the altitudes of 6500ft to 9500ft, sustainably grown.
Hand-dyeing with vegetable dyes gives these spectacular papers their unique and beautiful appearance.
Cover: tan nubuck leather
Nubuck is a type of leather with a soft, velvety surface and is some of the most expensive leather to purchase. Unlike the less expensive suede, nubuck leather is far more durable.

I still am editing photos from my bluebonnet trip. I don't have that many photos, but I just haven't had the time to do anything other than work, eat and sleep. But every once in a while, when I desperately need a break, I open Lightroom and post my results!
Best on black.
Translucent !!!...Songs are produced by a process called stridulation in which the hind leg and wing are rubbed together.[1] Calling songs are used by these grasshoppers in order to attract and find a mate. Although most of the singing is done by the males, females that are ready to mate may also sing in response.
