Honesty seed-pods. I think it's called honesty because it's transparent. People seem to be quite keen on this: it's just climbed to the top of my interestingness ladder, so thanks everyone!
It was a breezy day so I can't believe that this turned out so well - nature in close up is so beautiful and I sometimes don't think we appreciate just how much beauty there is right under our noses

These guys are minute - compare the size of the sand grains it is standing on! I once in a while find them in the sand, next to large burrows which must be dug by a much larger animal, possibly a crab.
Being more of a fish nerd myself, I would appreciate help in IDing this guy.
Beautiful classic style pendant with big milky-red translucent agate gemstone set in silver. 100% handmade, no ready part used. 8-pointed star cut on the backside to allow the light shine through. The pendant is sold alone, without the silver chain (the chain on the picture was added only for reference).
You can't quite remember what you wore to the big smash last year. Everything else about that night is crystal clear, but the outfit is kinda a cloudy memory. Well no fear! This year wear this stunning necklace so that no one, not even you, can forget how gorgeous you looked.
Made with delicate, transluent beads in snow jade, swarovski crystals, and silver seed beads. Silver plated findings.
The necklace is about 20 inches from tip of clasp to the end of the extender chain. Pendant is permanently attached and is 1 inch wide. Pendant sits about .5 inches high for a more striking 3D effect.
I still am editing photos from my bluebonnet trip. I don't have that many photos, but I just haven't had the time to do anything other than work, eat and sleep. But every once in a while, when I desperately need a break, I open Lightroom and post my results!
Best on black.
Interesting venation patterns. Found during a night hike in Manu national park, Peruvian Amazon lowlands.
