Sorry for posting and running... I'm moving my furniture and lots of crates and boxes today. So that's the reason why I'm not particularly active on Flickr right now; when you're moving the days are never long enough.

Sunset hues that give the name to the place

Vermillion Lakes, Banff

No spectacular sunset on this night, but the waters were calm, giving beautiful reflections. It truly is tranquility.

A 5-section panorama. There is a dark "channel" (deeper water) in the left-center of the shot that I hoped would help lead the eye into the scene.

The Great Salt Lake - GPS is not the exact spot of the shot.
