Ever spend far too much time at the computer processing instead of out in the field capturing. This is a case of that very issue. I rid the image of a sign and forgot about the sky that attracted me in the first place. Starting agiain I worked on the sky and forgot to get rid of the sign. Then working on both I accidently killed the image all together.
Finding it in the recycle bin, I rebuilt it and took care of all the processing needed to come to this final photograph. Again, it was the sky that caught my attention after being on a night out and heading home. What a pain, but what a sky.

So on my spare 108 seconds of time this is what happened on day 313. Ive been working on some North Bay in the city photos the last while and trying to Light Paint up the city like the chief commanda or the airplane last week down in ferris. So tonight i wanted to see if i could find a train that i could light paint and as i was down by the tracks i spotted this one Perfect for a photo great blue color and all ready and waiting to be photographed .I did some the behind the scene drive and checked it out, the gates were open so i grabbed all my gear and headed over to light paint the train. It was loud out there as you could hear all the tracks moving and the wind howling, i set up my tri-pod and tested a few things then took this shot. Always a great night out when your light painting-- This was day 313

The first part i did was all the red on the ground and bottom front of the train, next i light painted the train with a a light green colored gel, you can see inside where the conductor would sit and as well on the bottom part of the train , after that a few burst of normal light to the train as well the far back tower and the last part i did was the most important part to me making the train look like it had its headlights on, so i did the 2 main lights in the front of the train for that effect like it was coming down the tracks ---Total exposure was 108 seconds
