Mink tracks along Bell's Creek. It had just snowed this morning, so these were very fresh. At one point I could smell it(they smell like a skunk) but it was safely hidden away under the ice somewhere. US quarter for scale. Mink are rather shy,smart and uncommon, and I have only seen 2 in my life. Although they act like a mini otter with there sleak brown-black dense fur and love of water, they are more closely related to a stoat or weasel.

The Tracker Predator has one of the worst quality control issues I've ever seen in a toy. See, they're made of stiff, brittle plastic, and they are permanently glued into place. Mine came broken in the package... and broke two more times shortly after these photos were taken. ARGHBLARGH.
