Spring 🌹 is here and with it we're welcoming all the butterflies of this beautiful season. I saw some yellow or white butterflies in the park yesterday, they were moving too fast.
we have a rocky rise off the back deck. The Camas Lilies are in bloom on the mound while Bart sits on the rocks behind keeping an eye out for quail and squirrels foraging.
The woodland hillside is our back garden.

Lunch time as Eunice begins to show an impact here. We were promised blizzard and whiteout conditions ... though not severe wind speeds, like Storm Arwen. Looks like it could be so .... no power cuts so far! We are prepared ... but hopeful.
