THIS IS ONLY A TEST!!!

I wanted to see if I could get the entire wall into the picture. This is a handheld in the dark test, from the front door looking in. Once all of the interior decorating is completed, I'll spend an afternoon with tripod and supplemental lighting to get my good decorating shots for this year.

I love fresh strawberries. We go every year to a farm near us and pick berries. This season, the berries are good...but not as good as usual. Vermont has had too much rain and below normal temperatures for the past 3 months. However, they are still yummy!

Unfortunately....it is Poison Oak...lol

Trees in grey texture effect.

Its been raining here for days. But today it is fine and sunny if a little cold. Seems as though summer is definitely a thing of the past for this year.

Consequently, I was rooting through some of my library shots when I came across this one taken two or three weeks back.

I liked the colour of the cornfield.

It reminded me of warm sunshine.

As it was a memory I decided to warm it up a bit more and add a texture to give it a slightly faded look (A bit like me really)

My thanks to pareeerica for the use of her texture Braveheart www.flickr.com/photos/8078381@N03/3947427320/in/set-72157...

Time was when the only visitors flocking to Gretna Green were eloping English couples.

Now the Scottish border village is getting arrivals by the million - and most of them come by air.

Swooping and swirling across the dimly lit sky, they could almost be mistaken for an approaching storm cloud.

In this dazzling aerial display, over a million starlings wheel and dive across the setting sun, creating elaborate patterns and drawing the admiring gaze of fascinated onlookers.
