I ask myself from where exactly are these thoughts whirling about in my mind coming from? But then I realise to ask such a question is rather pointless for how can one ask where our thoughts began when there will be no end?

The human mind is such a complicated matter.. no matter how much one struggles to understand: it will never be understood.. so I'm attempting to find ways of coping rather than trying to find a cure. Despite the fact that my thoughts tend to produce major migraines, they at the very least remind me that I am very much alive. And for that, I am thankful for these endless thoughts.
