2 questions that pops out in my head everytime I think of this particular person.. Sorry for being emotional today. Anyway, hooray for the 1st week of 2013!
I did a very fun shoot with a friend of mine's children a few weeks ago.
We took the girls out to a local park and spent a few hours taking pictures and being silly.
In this shot, to get just a little bit of extra DOF, I shot at F/2 rather than F/1.4. The bokeh is still quite good, but the girl is quite a bit sharper than she would otherwise be.
I had the BEE and chevy chevy cheated. I want A referee here to call a replay. He thinks because im a girl that I automatically lose by gender of se!!! NOT WITH ME YOU DONT BIG BOY....

Decided to upload one more pic today.....I did have a frustrating day with my camera and my creativity, but I did still get some nice shots. I just have to do some post-processing on some of them.
I have had my mind on some intense things lately....and sometimes that intensity really comes out in the photo.
Holyhead, Wales ~ Conway Castle - A masterpiece of medieval architecture and one of the most picturesque of Welsh castles. Built by Edward I in the late 1200's. As you walk around the the castle's empty ruins, climb into is battlements and look down through it's floorless towers and roofless rooms, you can feel a sense of Conway's place in history. We visited this site while on a day excursion from our 'TASTE OF THE BRITISH ISLES' cruise on Crystal Cruises' Ship -The Symphony~
A nice plume heading up from the rostered steam locomotive - Bagnall 2682. My thought was to hop on board for a quick trip up and down the line.
I was wondering around in my computer at home and found some old photos. This one seem'd quit interesting. 2008 was it, I guess.

In October 2016, the Quinlan School of Business hosted our 5th Annual Case Competition. 73 undergraduate Loyola students in 16 teams, and 18 judges, including alumni and business professionals, participated. Through the competition, our students demonstrate what they have learned in the classroom and apply it to a real-world business situation.
This year's case, "Google Car", asked the teams to look at Google's entrance into autonomous driving. Should Google continue to invest in the technology behind self-driving cars? How could Google's core software-based and search business benefit from self-driving car technology? As large auto manufacturers began to invest in automotive technology themselves, could Google compete? Was this investment of time and resources worth it for Google?
