Kembangkan Hutan Sekolah

Upaya menjadikan sekolah sehat, terus dilakukan oleh SMA 1 Wonosobo. kemarin (28/4) sebagai bagian dari peringatan hari bumi, ratusan siswa dan guru melakukan penanaman pohon di lahan di depan sekolah. Lokasi ini, merupakan pengembangan hutan sekolah yang sebelumnya sukses dibuat juga, di sebelah barat sekolah.

Peringatan hari bumi, di isi oleh para siswa SMA 1 Wonosobo dengan kegiatan produktif. Selain penanaman pohon di Hutan Sekolah, juga dilakukan aksi komunitas hijau yakni berburu sampah di seputar sekolah, hingga penandatanganan bersama pada kain putih panjang, sebagai bukti komitmen SMA 1 mendukung terwujudnya Wonosobo sebagai Green City.

Menurut Kepala SMA 1 Wonosobo Danang Kusumanto, peringatan hari bumi dan hari kartini, oleh SMA 1 dilakukan secara bersamaan. Sebelum dilakukan penanaman bersama di Hutan Sekolah, digelar upacara hari kartini dengan semua perangkat upacara dari siswa putri.

“kami memberikan ruang lebih kepada siswa untuk memaknai hari kartini,”katanya.

Danang menyebutkan, sedangkan untuk penciptaan sekolah sehat, sejak lima tahun lalu di sekolahnya sudah dibangun Hutan Sekolah berada di sebelah barat area sekolah. Hutan sekolah tersebut, berada di tepi sungai bertebing.

“kami lakukan penanaman pohon sudah cukup besar, sebagai penyelamatan daerah tepian sungai, yang kebetulan berada di sebelah barat sekolah,”katanya.

Untuk pengembangan sekolah sehat, kata Danang, tahun ini kembali dibuat hutan sekolah yang lokasinya tepat di depan sekolah. Sebelumnya lokasi tersebut digunakan sebagai kebun sekolah untuk penanaman sayuran.

“kami juga kembangkan tanggung jawab kepada semua siswa, agar mempunyai pohon asuh di hutan sekolah. Sehingga tiap organisasi kesiswaan mempunyai tanggung jawab merawat pohon di hutan sekolah,”katanya.

Ditambahkan dia, saat ini yang terus dikembangkan oleh sekolahnya, yakni memberikan bekal kepada siswa untuk mampu mengolah bank sampah. Pendidikan ini, diberikan melalui aksi Think Green, di mana selain siswa mengenal tanaman, juga diberikan kesadaran untuk merawat air dan menjaga sampah di seputar sekolah.

“pendidikan bank sampah ini, akan berfungsi sampai para siswa tua nanti. Karena sampah akan selalu ada dimana saja dan tugas kita mengelolanya agar tidak mencemari,”katanya. (rase)

Tampa firefighters rescued a man who was trapped inside of a garbage truck early Wednesday. The man had been sleeping in a dumpster as its contents were loaded onto the the truck Wednesday morning.

Interesting thing is that I used a A5 sized fresnel lens for intensifying the light on the model's face.
