A bit of a texturised and slightly altered closup. The idea was of a kind of 'weredragon' metamorphosis.
An old road travels through the Historic District of Fort Lawton that is part of Discovery Park in Seattle. This part of the park is popular with bicyclists.

Just a normal simple basket. I tried to get the best looking shot right in camera. No post processing needed.
I created this texture for the newborn grandson of friends of mine. Didn't want the texture to be too soft, so I added the nail, rust & tape. Unfortunately the tape ended up in the middle of the little man's cheek! That was a bit too rough for my liking, so I cleaned it up to get this result.
Please feel free to take a look at more of my textures and frames & borders! All are free to use, but I would appreciate credits :). All it takes is a link back to this page and/or a tag 'jinterwas' on your picture.
I´d also love to see the result of your creativity, so a link to your photo or a small size sample in the comment section would be great :)) !!

This is the sunrise before all that rain taken from my back steps.
When I took this shot it reminded me of.....remember those old surfie t-shirts that had a picture of a palm tree and pretty much these colours that used to be all the rage.
Looks good in lightbox

Taken at the Railway Museum of Greater Cincinnati located in Covington, Kentucky.
The museum has quite a big collection of cars and locomotives some of which have been nicely restored. The remainder may or may not ever be restored as funds and volunteer restorers are limited. This is a step of one of those cars.

i had so much fun with todays challenge, so much so that i had a hard time deciding which shot to choose... that doesn't happen to me a lot.
I went with this one cause it'll be my first entry for the scavenge challenge in ages!

These three pictures came up after thinking of a new series. It would be "Urban Textures" and actually one of these starts it. The other two are just the product of my love to this buildings, which has no apparent reason :/ Anyway, hope you guys like it and that you'd like the pictures to come!!
Hope you're doing well!!
