Abby deep in thought...

I created this texture for the newborn grandson of friends of mine. Didn't want the texture to be too soft, so I added the nail, rust & tape. Unfortunately the tape ended up in the middle of the little man's cheek! That was a bit too rough for my liking, so I cleaned it up to get this result.

Please feel free to take a look at more of my textures and frames & borders! All are free to use, but I would appreciate credits :). All it takes is a link back to this page and/or a tag 'jinterwas' on your picture.

I´d also love to see the result of your creativity, so a link to your photo or a small size sample in the comment section would be great :)) !!

Please do not abuse the CC-licence by claiming anything in my photostream as your own, nor to sell it on a compilation CD and/or internet.

Thanks for looking at and/or using anything on my photostream. Any comment is much appreciated :) !!

I don't like flashy awards, since they're mostly given because of an obligation to stupid group rules. If you got something to say, say it in your own words and not by copying and pasting. I don't follow such rules, so if you have the sweaper running, don't even bother to invite me please. As of now the flashy awards will be removed, no offence!

We lost my mom on December 8th after a long decline from Alzheimer's. I know that her place in eternity is secure and even though the grief is real, it is a real comfort knowing that she is no longer tormented by a failing mind.

Found by an abandoned house on the Canadian prairies. I can imagine the air filled with the joy and laughter of children playing. Now, the only sound is that of the wind through the grass.

thanks to skeletalmess for this cool texture

The coloring of the soil is the natural look of the hard clay Carolina soil. It`s a total pain in the ass to dig a hole in this soil!

This is what happens when you melt aluminum...

throw in a little ceramic powder and then blast it with air.

It's an incredible material we call 'Stabilized Aluminum Foam.'

It looks like it's from another planet doesn't it?

That's why it's becoming a coffee table for my crib.

A two inch think piece for the top cut four feet square...

with two waterjet cut arches for legs...

an arched stringer and a half inch thick top floating above it with some aluminum edging so the ladies don't snag their dresses.

It's beggin' for some internal lighting but that might just be too over the top.

I hope your shortened work week's 'over the top' whichoo feelin' the love!
