Esta antigua construcción data del Siglo XVI, fué construída bajo las órdenes de frailes dominicos que llegaron a Tepoztlán a evangelizar. Además de que ha sido declarado "Patrimonio de la Humanidad", también alberga al "Museo y Centro de Documentación Histórica de Tepoztlán".

El ex-convento forma parte de la Parroquia de la Natividad, en el centro de Tepoztlán.

Antiguo edificio que data del Siglo XVI, se encuentra junto al Ex-convento y juntos forman un importante edificio que sobresale en Tepoztlán. La principal festividad religiosa de esta iglesia se lleva a cabo el 8 de septiembre, juntamente con las celebraciones del Reto al Tepozteco. La parroquia dispone también de un amplio atrio en el que se encuentran 4 "capillas posas" en cada esquina y una cruz atrial cuyas puntas terminan en forma de flor de lis, emblema característico de la Orden de los Frailes Dominicos.

Went to the Wattle Festival in Hurstbridge yesterday. Parked up the Mid-Hurst end of Hurstbridge thinking the traffic would be easier. Got there late so it wasn't.

Fire station

First stop the new Fire station. Must admit I hadn't seen this before so popped inside to check out the kit. Got sized up by a large overall clad Koala. The overalls are clean meaning they have been re-certified and re-issued. Later on went past the old fire station down the road about 300m.

Tollie Red Kites on the Ullapool road out of Dingwall is one of the newer feeding stations . It's a joint venture between the Brahan Estate and the RSPB . Unfortunately while we were there somebody was cutting the grass in the field behind the feeder !

Ninja camp!

This was a blue plaque, but in the recent renovation of the building (now Culture Fusion), the stone work was sandblasted, and clearly the plaque wasn't removed during that process.

A potential logo for the Weslaco 100 committee. I was inspired by the Villa de Cortez hotel, a historical landmark in Weslaco. I used a gold color to celebrate reaching the city's centennial. I chose a geometric font to look architectural. The letters were cut into to mirror the symbol mark.

The construction marks help visualize the container for the word mark and show the vanishing lines of the symbol mark.
