I must say, I’m a huge car nut, but Test Track is a bit underwhelming to me as an attraction in my opinion. Nonetheless, I do like the makeover they gave it last year. This one-off concept car can be seen shortly after entering the queue.
An old school TV test pattern. This is the type of test pattern I remember waking up to when I was young and there was no programming on yet, I would stare at it until something came on - usually at 6 AM.
after a lot of mulling over this week ,i decided to go for a sigma 150-500os to compliment the nikon d7000 ,and got a mint example yesterday at a very good price ,having consulted with a couple of contacts that have the same setup they both said it will probably need a micro-adjust to get it right ,well managed quiet a lot of test shots today and the lens appears to be spot on ,relief on my part and now to get on with things .its not quiet got the sharpness of the canon 400 prime but i,m more than pleased with the results so far and will give me a bit more versatility when needed
can't believe this has made explored its only meant to be a test shot of the lens capability LOL
I used a ballpoint pen and i have worked in the colored area with color pencils.

Yep. Just testing out how my D7000 and 35mm 1.8 handles having something in front of the lens. It's the first video I've ever made and the first time I've used iMovie. It's so fun to procrastinate with.
The autofocus on my lens can be so loud in the video so I'm thinking I'll have to get an external mic soon. Maybe.

Today, Amy and I visited The Ringling Circus Museum in Sarasota, Florida, where Amy pretended to test drive a clown car. And not just ANY clown car, but one modeled after the crazily compact coup once driven by the famously 6-foot-tall clown Lou Jacobs.
Alas, I was unable to squeeze my 6-foot, 3-inch frame into the thing, which is for the best, because I actually might've been able to get into it, but I sure as heck wouldn't've been able to get out of it! :P
Testing new Yashica Mat-124G and Reala 100. Processed in Unicolor C-41 kit.
I like the camera and the film! Used meter on camera. Slight post processing after scan to include a little crop, border and cleaned up spots.

The return working of the train seen in the previous photo was 14:32 Norwich - Derby RTC, starting off with a down-and-back to Diss. It is seen here passing Brandon, by now 138 minutes late, with the sun getting low. If I'd come out at the scheduled time I'd have had a long wait, and eventually given up and gone home. Now we have Realtime Trains and, for fine-tuning, the Open Train Times site, which enables you to see movements on track diagrams, as in a signal box. All jolly useful and interesting. So I didn't rouse myself and fire up the Bentosmobile until I saw the train had reached Wymondham. Off left the former station yard, now occupied by a firm called Holbrook, who receive several trains of aggregate from Peak Forest every week.
Only basic WB/Tone adjustments made in Lightroom with Camera Calibration settings applied.
The Nikon AF-S 58mm f/1.4G is not a perfect lens but do render really interesting images with superb quality, and I love it so much! :)
I got a new camera, and it has wireless to upload my pics to my phone, so I took some test pics of sweetie-face Precious, transferred them to my phone, and then edited it a bit with my Flickr app.
My computer is undergoing some intense anti-virus scans after my paypal debit card number was stolen twice in a month, so I'm only on the phone & iPad for the moment and can't edit my new pics like I normally would. I hope it looks ok! The new camera will take a little getting used to, but I like it so far and it's super small and convenient for carrying around! I'm planning on taking it to Dollism this year. :)

i didn't feel like making poses this week for FLF so i bought one of those mesh models to try something different. i just started playing with the texture today so it's in the early stages and no one is on rn, so... yay? nay? advice/constructive criticism is most welcome. if you'd like to try it in world, shoot me an IM.
personally, i'm on the fence about it, so i will start making some poses just incase. :P

UPDATE: So, I made an entirely new texture (i'm still working on this one though), pictures tomorrow. I just hope all of you love it as much as Aria and I do. <3
Testing out lith-printing on paper. This is the best so far, still somewhat uneven but usable i think... Its an art that takes a time. to practice due to the fact that you have to pull the print out of the developer at the right time.
Developer kodak d8 diluted 1-4
About 2.5 stops overexposure (if i remember correctly).
Print from kiev 88 negative.

The KDA 3 vehicle train was formed of Y25 Bogies CRL 96101-96104, Adaptor (with buffers) CRL 96201, Adaptor (intermediate) CRL 96221-96222, Adaptor (with buffers) CRL 96281, Rail/Road Trailers CRL 96301-96303. Testing commenced in late June 1991, however the test programme was postponed on the 1st July 1991 following structural failure of one of the Rail/Road trailers during a ride test passing Melton Mowbray.
