Reports of a 'pair' tempted me out on a wet 5 August 2021. 66537 and 66556 were duly captured passing Bathampton at the head of 4O57, 1314 Wentloog-Southampton intermodal. Unusually, the train appears to have a full load of containers, and is comprised entirely of 'pocket' wagons.
This is a pipe my friends and I used to explore as kids. It is about 4 feet in diameter. Not sure I would trust it 37 years on?
I got tempted by a couple of LBD's in the Very sale, this is the first one, just trying it out finally. I meant to yesterday but wasn't feeling well enough. Feel free to choose your favourite. This was the easiest one to get into and out of.
A couple of people tempt fate as they await the next wave. Over the years numerous people have been swept to sea doing this same thing.
Tempting fate, I went back with some friend to get some more photos of the now closed Chesapeake Kmart store. We went around for at least ten minutes going past the caution taped areas to get photos and panoramas and nobody said a word! I suppose the 911 lady was gone.

(my battery in my MiniTT5 actually ran out during this shoot, near the end, and I was really surprised since PW said it would last at least 6 months, so I guess the AC3 drains it much faster.)
George is so tempted by the smell of the sugary cake. He gets close to smell it and tries to swipe a bit of frosting. Peppa sees what he is up to.

These two are sitting right at the edge of a precipice. A small slip would result in a sheer drop of several hundred feet.
In fact, this very spot is used by hand gliders to jump off the cliff. See below.

I got a lovely hot chocolate fondue (for free) plus a 25% off meal voucher from these great guys @ Southport's Old Bank Restaurant on Lord Street.
It's not been open that long so this was a great way of advertising while the Christmas Lights Switch-on crowd filled half of Lord Street.

An ominous looking shelf cloud materialized over the beach tonight, and as it rolled in, with wind, rain and lightning on its heels, some people decided to take a swim.
