Went down to North Avoca with Tim Bolger (this is his shot from the sunset: www.flickr.com/photos/timbolger/5372710758/) to shoot sunset. Took a while to find a comp that I liked. As the sun was setting I had my big stopper on and missed the pink clouds, but I got this just before sunset. Definitely a place I will be heading back to and reshoot, maybe a sunrise next time... (now I know how to find the place).
I've had my hands finaly on the lower left one, I've put them clockwise of age, upper left is the oldest, lower left is the more newer version. Most rare is the left under I think, saw only 2 of these all these years...

I can't find the license plate of this car (2538GH). I find that strange.
This is my version of the BR232 Ludmilla made of LEGO TECHNIC bricks in 1:16.5 scale suitable for the LEGO Technik Trucks.
The locomotive had the premiere at the Bricking Bavaria 2022 exhibition in Fürth this weekend.
With more than 1,2m length and a track of about 10m she could drive a bit back and forth.
When I designed the rails, I made sure that a rail switch could work as well. So I also built a switch.
After a few small weak points, she drove back and forth in exhibition mode.
The interior has only a fake motor so far.
Next year, all the functions will be integrated like:
- running diesel engine
- 3 controllable fan coolers
- fans of the eddy current brakes
- light on the second side
- coupling mechanism to couple and uncouple wagons

This was (as today) a low contrast day filled with California wildfire smoke. I was testing my Spotmatic for light leaks after a CLA. Luckily, no problems.
First and foremost, I would like to thank everybody who supported this project, not just by voting, but also by spreading the news and getting others involved in the project. Gaining well over 5000 supporters is a tremendous achievement.
But still, the Tachikoma/Arakn3 project has been shelved.
The attempt to salvage the project by disconnecting it from Ghost in the Shell wasn't received very well, and to be perfectly honest, it's probably the most fair option for everybody.
The Tachikoma was never intended as a Cuusoo project. Even before I put it on the web, I realised that with the connection to the source material the odds would be iffy at best. However, the video got amazingly popular, so I decided to put it up anyway.
Hindsight is 20/20, of course.
I'm feeling quite bummed out about the whole experience. I'm quite done with the whole Cuusoo deal. Still if you feel like giving it another shot: lego.cuusoo.com/ideas/view/17553
just to show you that I brushed the body for Ivo, made a new tattoo and blushing.
Tattoos have become a little smaller and not as bright, and has a new tattoo on the lower back))
This setup has been with me for sometime. Dj'ing has been a part of my life for a while. I put a candle on the record and shot a long exposure. This mixer has been collecting a bit of dust lately because I caught the photography bug as of late. Music will always play a big part in my life, I could take a quick break but it always calls me right back.

Certain wheels and rims are better suited for realistic steering than others. Sadly, most rims Lego has released recently don't have much room inside, which means the wheels need giant wheelarches, and limits the possibilities to build compact suspensions. So, my request for the people at Lego would be to allow a bit more room inside.
This is good technic for camouflage from enemy by feigned dead.I found him under fluorescence light, when i near him will make this acting of owlet moth.
The Noctuidae or owlet moths are a family of robustly-built moths. The overwhelming majority of noctuids fly at night and are almost invariably strongly attracted to light.

I think you can never built in too many styles. This was really just a tablescrap I built around the weird track the barrel runs in to adjust elevation. It's probably impractical for any application more serious than this one, but I like stuff like that anyway. Plus, it's been ages since I built a tank.

Lots of progress has been made, most of it non-cosmetic. The front end is missing a few pieces to get that iconic bugeye look, but the LDD model looks very promising! (You'll just have to take my word for it ;) )
