Took this for work, as I am always throwing skittles at people in the remote zoom meetings. The new working environment.
I may not be transgender, but it is still important to represent others in your community. Some of the best people I have ever met are transgender, especially my amazing hubby!
To be fair, I did some running too.... but my running was towards the beach when I realised what the sky was doing.

I've this is mind for the theme since I saw it on one of the lists linked to in the group but I kept forgetting to buy the Skittles. They aren't a sweet I would actually eat!

Also for Flickr Friday 'a kind of magic' theme. I always think the way the flash freezes motion is a 'kind of magic'.
A Rare whitebow or fog bow in a field just outside Penryn, Cornwall
Stunning to look at and damn difficult to capture
This 15 second exposure made sure i had enough light coming in through my 10 stop whilst ensuring the fog which was pretty thick was not blowing the highlights
As with all my images i am happy to talk about licensing or printed copies
I am not so happy to find them pinned to pintrest for the world to steal.

I've been really busy and didn't think I'd have time to take a photo for St. Patrick's Day, especially since I usually sit on a photo for a whole week while I slowly edit it. Yes, you read that right, a whole week. I'm really, really, slow when it comes to editing. So, I'm pretty proud of myself that I shot and edited this photo in about a day! That is a record for me, haha. Have a super St. Patrick's Day!

Wanted to shoot something bright, colorful, and with a bit of a pop feel to it, so I decided to play around with some dramatically lit macro shots of Skittles.
Skittles aren't my favorite candy. More and more I find myself enjoying chocolate, whereas young me might very well have called Skittles a favorite. Now too many of them gives me a headache đ”

it's been a very long time since I had a chance to potter in my virtual shed; so given my girls are away for the weekend with an ace auntie and the boss is away out with friends, i managed to get the energy to fire up the camera and try out something i have wanted to shoot for a while now (at least that's one shot off of the 'ideas' list!)
I seem to remember a contact of mine, a couple of years back, may have posted the same shot but i have been unable to trace it? thanks for the inspiration whoever you were and i have a few more ideas to try in a similar vein ... someday! :o)
