Outside of some slight high pass sharpen....this is untouched. Guess the sharpening made the noise WORSE. Ugh.
An MP15DC sits on a pretty roughed up shop track during some switching operations. I have only seen cars sitting on this track very few times, it doesn't seem to be used very often. A BNSF Dash 9 is about to pass the switcher and to be turned on the wye.

I really love Switch dolls. I've tried time and time again to collect boy dolls, but I've ended up scrapping each and every one. >____< One even turned into a girl! (well, it was more of an androgynous YoSD, does that still count?) No complaints here though, I love my girls <3 I've still got a few floating boy heads around, I don't know if they'll ever get bodies again. I'm pretty satisfied with them as they are, as cruel as that sounds. ^^;;
I don't know what made me think Switch Seolrok would make an attractive girl, I wanted to find a head with slight likeness to a male kpop idol i like and turn it into a girl. I had no idea I'd be so successful! I'm glad there's not much resemblance, now that I'm looking at the both of them next to each other. She is first and foremost her own entity, and I intend to treat her as such. <3
I really do need to start blogging more, I've since given Yura a smaller, lighter colored pair of eyes that complement her much better than the ones in the photo.
CP 472 switches out the east end of Bensenville Yard with a CP SD40-2, DM&E SD40-2, and an IC&E SD40-2
The switch down by the GO train park seemed to be the only one working. Heading back east to pick up the train for Guelph they just finished building.

A lonely switch machine on the old Boonton Line. There are no customers down at this end of the line, and this switch opens up the east end of a siding. The rust on the rails indicate nothing has been down here for quite some time, yet the switch is tightly locked down with a modern padlock.
Netgear JGS524 24port gigabit switch w/Jumbo Frames support.
I had an 8-port Netgear switch (GS108) that worked VERY well, but then I ran out of ports on it. Of course I don't need 24 ports, but reasoned that when I buy a home one day, I can use it as part of the backbone for the home network.
Illinois Central 9567 with Canadian National 4803 leading a very short Canadian National Train L562, the Jackson-Ferguson Local, stops by the locomotive parking spur switch in the small Material Yard in Brookhaven, Mississippi and the conductor gets out to flip the switch, the train then waits for about five to ten minutes before proceeding east out towards the Georgia-Pacific Paper Mill out at Ferguson, that is over in Lawrence County, Mississippi.
About a few minutes later a large pop-up thunderstorm lets it loose, dumping a lot of rain over the area, and I had to take refuge under the awning behind Pearlhaven Baptist Church that is up the street from my house.
This photo is a screenshot from the video that I have taken on a hot and humid, then very stormy Sunday, August 15, 2021 at 4:03 PM CDT.
