Sunset colours reflected in the wet sand of Port Erin beach, Isle of Man, with Bradda Head and Milner's Tower silhouetted on the right.
The view from the hidden lake overlook is incredible. One of the best views in all of glacier, Only able to walk to the overlook, second part of the trial after the overlook is steeper, trail to the lake “must take bear spray” due to bear activity, forgot to take it, could not go further. View of the lake was amazing and definitely worth the hike.
Last nights sunset. A gift, literally, from above!

“There is a sunrise and a sunset every single day, and they're absolutely free. Don't miss so many of them.”
A large drop of sun lingered on the horizon and then dripped over and was gone, and the sky was brilliant over the spot where it had gone, and a torn cloud, like a bloody rag, hung over the spot of its going. And dusk crept over the sky from the eastern horizon, and darkness crept over the land from the east.”
It was the longest time that I waited for taking a sunset photo…I found the right place around 2 p.m. in Riomaggiore…As this is very touristic village, I decided to wait all afternoon long to keep this place…I was right…There were around 200 people around waiting for this great sunset…I’m glad that there are many sunset lovers in this universe…So, it was around 11p.m. when I finished my photo taking session…A little bit late for the great Italian dinner, but it’s worth it…;) BeNowMeHere, Riomaggiore, Cinque Terre, Italy, 2015 via 500px ift.tt/1NbcDjH
After several days of rain and fog I came home on Tuesday to this view. The clouds were rolling off and just as the day was finishing up, the sun peaked out for some nice little color. Good times!
Sunset on Half Dome - Will it? Ah just a sliver. The waiting is the hardest part (TP) as the mosquitos picked up in force!!
Another interesting sunset taken from the back yard. Note that tree is always in there.

Sunset, also called sundown in some American English dialects, is the instant when the trailing edge of the sun's disk disappears below the horizon in the west. It should not be confused with dusk, which is the point at which darkness falls, some time after the beginning of twilight when the sun itself sets.
