I don't get out for a walk at sunset often enough, especially at this time of year when sunset is quite late. I did make the effort last night and it was well worth it. There was a barn owl swooping around all evening but he wouldn't come close enough (and I don't really have the lens) to capture him. I did however, get some nice sunset shots through the grass (Eileen, I'm inspired by some you yours!).

Sunset on Mount Rainier two weeks ago, looking up at Sunset Amphitheater on the upper northwest side of The Mountain. A river below me, clouds and sky above me, and mountain + forest in the middle. It was really a spectacular sunset.

I really do love to try and capture Sunsets and this Sunset was in our local park.

The picture was taken by me near Münchenreuth. Today it was very warm, but tomorrow rain showers are announced. Who has a vegetable garden, is happy about it. I wish you all a great weekend.

I haven't been on Flickr for awhile. Have been battling computer problems and kitchen renovations.

It is always a peaceful setting when you can capture a sunset on the Oregon Coast.

The P&O cruise ship was leaving and the Rivercat was arriving.

Soaring 749 feet high, Prudential Center is the 2nd tallest skyscraper in the city of Boston.

The Skywalk is New England’s only observatory, perched on the 50th floor of the Prudential Tower. The Observatory offers sweeping 360 degree views of Greater Boston and the Charles River.
