The mouth of “Rio Martino” at sunset. The Pontine Plain is crossed by a lot of canals made for the reclamation of these lands formerly swampy. Flowing to the sea were created small navigable bays.

Enjoy a wonderful Sunday!

Summer sunset over Grange beach. On a rare night like this when the clouds help redden the sky, the jetty attracts quite a few photographers.

We experienced a couple beautiful sunsets while we were in Baker, Nevada near the Great Basin National Park. We went there because we wanted to see their famous bristlecone pines. Unfortunately there was so much snow at the 10,000 foot level that we didn't get to see the pines. But we got some sunsets as consolation.
Sunset from Forty Foot at Sandycove, Dublin, Ireland
I took another trip to Sandycove at Sunset and the Sunset didn't disappoint with a dramatic sky just after the sun set.
