My favourite shot from my recent trip to San Diego, California. I have been experimenting with narrow aperture shots with my Sigma 17 - 70 to create this sunburst effect and was blessed with an incredible sunset skyline as I walked near the Seaport Village. I have only cropped this image slightly. Otherwise it is exactly as it came out of my camera.
Just what the world needs, more sunset photos. Still can't help it though. This is from Caspersen Beach in Venice, FL.
A fisherman at the beach told me today that the sunset was going to be epic, I have to agree with him.
OK, so maybe I spent a bit too much time post processing and let my imagination take over for a while :)
December 26: Took an afternoon walk at Asilomar. The place was packed! Lots of people--and dogs--out enjoying the beautiful afternoon. But if you wanted a feeling of solitude, all you had to do was face Japan.
