SUBIC BAY, Philippines (Oct. 2, 2018) A Japan Ground Self-Defense Force amphibious vehicle enters the well deck of the amphibious dock landing ship USS Ashland (LSD 48) during during exercise KAMANDAG 2. Led by the Armed Forces of the Philippines, KAMANDAG 2 features military-to-military exchanges through various training events, capabilities development training, and humanitarian and civic assistance projects. KAMANDAG is an acronym for the Filipino phrase “Kaagapay Ng Mga Mandirigma Ng Dagat,” which translates to “Cooperation of Warriors of the Sea.” (U.S. Marine Corps photo by LCpl. Christine Phelps)
For Spook's "Sub-Apoc" theme.
The gun is based on one of Spook's designs, actually, but somewhat modified.
EDIT: Though, now that I look back at the inspiration for the gun I note that I built the shoulder-arm assemblies the same. Pure happenstance.

Lighting: two Elinchrom studio lights/softboxes, one about 45 degrees to my left, one about 125 degrees from me to her behind her on the right. Canon 5DMIII + Sigma F/4 24-105 Art lens (one of the sharpest zooms I've ever used), ISO 100, f/3.2, 1/160-second exposure. I used a ND filter to allow me to shoot at F/3.2..
Saludos a Luis.

A remake of my old Sub-Zero minifig based on his more updated appearance in the recent Mortal Kombat games.
One of my favorite Lego themes ever is Atlantis. One of my favorite sets from the the theme is the mini-sub. This may seem rather strange as it's just a very small polybag, but it was the first Atlantis set I got that got me into the theme, as well as one of the first sets I got ever. I remember I thought it was so cool, and loved playing with it, and I named the diver Dragonman, and he was one of my favorite minifigures. In tribute to this small but great set I decided to give it a small makeover, as well as give it a little base. There aren't a wholenof differences on the sub itself, the most noticeable being a more coherent colorscheme and modified arms. I'm really happy with the base too, which is of some overgrown ruins. Hope you like it!
It's my senior year in high school and I have borrowed by parents car on Saturday Morning to go railfanning. My photography results at the time were very unpredictable but this one turned out pretty usable with just a little bit of cropping. S378 engineer has his GP's in the company notch passing Ammendale, MD struggling to maintain some semblence of track speed. The .4 percent grade from Sunnyside to Contee on the Capital Sub could put a pretty good hurt on underpowered eastbounds. The signals and interlocking are pretty new in the picture. The Capital Sub received CTC, new signals and several new interlockings about 1991.

A C&NW Kenosha Sub suburban train heads west over the newly install switch on what used to be track No. 2, in September 1984. Track No. 1 had just been removed between Deering and Canal Jct.. The ABS semaphore at Peterson Avenue displays a stop over the trackless right-of-way,
I made this revamp of 6878 Sub-Orbital Guardian around a year ago. I wanted to keep it small, true to the original scale and use of the vehicle. This sacrifices poseability in the legs, though it will still shuffle quite well.
The den is officially open for all submissive and switches , our logo and posters is ready...We want to do a meet and greet this weekend and the den is available for anyone who needs to get away or needs a safe space...
"Let's kick some ice!"
My Sub-Zero BrickHead taken on top of a pane of plexiglass to achieve a reflective ice effect. I took two takes: the second take used real ice shavings from my freezer, but unfortunately the heat in my photo area just melted it into water puddles.

Cuánto nos gusta vencer
siempre en nuestras peleas
y poner muy en lo alto
la señal de la victoria.
Y si el caso es propicio
pasearla con desdén
en la cuadriga romana
donde en ella se subía
al glorioso vencedor.
Vítores se le ofrecían
a quien supo doblegar
a las hordas enemigas.
Mas, ¡por qué sólo buscamos
subirnos al pedestal
atropellando derechos
de aquellos que sólo buscan
encontrar en su camino
una sonrisa y respeto!
