as you can see, the stuffed mushrooms worked! even on the stove top. 15 minutes at medium heat.
the left mushrooms are sausage and mushroom stuffed mushrooms. the right are garlic, shrimp, and mushroom stuffed mushrooms with cheese.
the shrimp ones are the best! yums.

Children entrust their precious stuffed animals with the Smithfield Branch Library and let them attend a sleepover. None of the stuffed animals got homesick during the night and called their kids to come get them...they were having too much fun!
