Now I got the peppers in the water to parboil them, the stuffing is all ready, and the extra hamburger meat is in a bag that will go into the freezer so I can make something quick with it later on. Maybe some hamburger helper next week.

I'm not gonna lie, I was actually a bit afraid of this goose... he came right up to me and started hissing. I held Titan safely in my arms, as this bird was about twice his size. As we sat on the park bench, he walked back and forth in front of us, as if saying "Hey, look at me!" I go for walks down by the river about twice a week, and I've yet to see baby geese (goslings?)... are they not born yet, or are they just hiding from me?? Come out, fuzzy yellow things!
