I'd come over with a camera because there was a juvenile male king parrot about. The handful of seeds was to encourage him to come into the open where there was more light and he wouldn't be backlit.
That's when an adult male flew into him and spoiled everything. Now there was no chance of him coming out of cover.
None of that meant a thing to these opportunists. This pair of crested pigeons pounced on the unattended goodies. Personally, I think of them as pointy pigeons — it makes more sense, and rolls off the tongue more easily. The female is on the left. The big lump, his head a blurred pecking machine, is the male. I know this for certain because he'd done his silly tail up jig. She was having none of it. What she wanted was lunch.
There's other different things in the frame: a horseshoe, complete with still clinched nails and in the background, a very rusted, very, very large bit. I have no notion how that shoe with clinched nails could have made it off a hoof, but it conveniently stops bird seed flying everywhere. There was a horse's skull in the paddock for a time so I do wonder if the two things were related. Stuff like this keeps turning up: broken china, odd spoons, bottles of all sorts, even a Victorian Era Army belt buckle, pre-Federation, with the British Royal motto. Yep, that's different!
'Star stuff'
I took this shot somewhere on the way to Oman at 2pm on a rather gloomy day. They rest...sort happened inside my computer.
Ok. Here are a few things I've built over the past couple months that I didn't want to post individually (more coming tomorrow btw).
The abs on the left were a potential ABS build or trophy.
The steambug was for Ted Andes' Great Steambug Migration in Brickworld.
The hot air balloon was just because I wanted to build a Lowell sphere.

I've got a ton of stuff saved up, so I'm basically just gonna be spam-posting for the next week or so to get everything out there. Some stuff is already out-of-date.
Lashina: Had Duchess, so figured I may as well make her better known costume. Aurra Sing hair, modified Bat Lord helmet, Hermione head, Savage Oppress armor, Kryptonian torso/legs.
Cyborg Superman: Inspired mostly by Jonathan. Ninjago hair/helmet, Star Wars head, Superman torso, Power Miners leg.
Black Mask: Just wanted to try the Bruce Wayne suit and tie on him before it went to The Roman forever.
Desaad: Young Boba Fett head, Wacky Witch torso.
Static Shock: Gave him Lightning Lad's torso/legs.

Our homemade recipe has eggs stuffed with egg yolk and egg white, both boiled inside the egg, tuna preserved in olive oil inside a can, everything is passed through the blender and covered with mayonnaise.
On the mayonnaise we place a small piece of smoked salmon. For the picture post processing, I have used Photoshop Focus Stacking feature.
HUEVOS RELLENOS, 2018
Nuestra receta casera lleva huevos rellenos de yema y clara, ambos cocidos dentro del huevo, atún conservado en aceite de oliva dentro de una lata, todo se pasa por la batidora y se cubre con mayonesa.
Sobre la mayonesa colocamos un trocito de salmón ahumado. Para el postprocesado de la imagen, he utilizado la función Focus Stacking de Photoshop.

SÃ, yo sé, yo sé que soy esa que toca tarde a la puerta, esa que te mira sin destiempo, esa a la que no le importa este tiempo, ni este ni el otro, sólo en este momento, en el que sonrió y te miro lento, la que huye del tiempo.. que trata de alcanzarlo, de no dejar que vaya más rápido que ella.. que da vueltas bajo las estrellas, y no importa, no importa que tantas sean, pero el tiempo tiene su malicia, y le encanta tenerla.. odio los relojes, salvo estos y los de arena..
