A good population of egrets are in town right now. I'm fascinated to watch the different fishing techniques, even among the same species. This guy employing the ol' stroll and stab technique.

Saw this beautiful royal tern chick enjoying a stroll along the beach and could not help but take a picture.

There is so much going on with hundreds and hundreds of adult terns and babies that to see this little one enjoying a peaceful moment was well just awesome. They truly are beautiful babies and to think a month from their hatching they will be flying ! Totally amazing.

Wishing you a wonderful and blessed evening !!!!!!!!

I really enjoy the Spanishmoss Trail in Beaufort, SC. This wood stork is just one of the many bird species you can find. Especially when someone is fishing and there is a chance for scraps. :)

Located in Sarasota, Florida, the estate of the late Circus magnate John Ringling and his wife, Mable, is a lovely place to walk as one moves amongst the various museums, gardens and other attractions there. At 66 acres though, The Ringling, as it is known, is quite a large place to explore only on foot. So there are people movers that run regularly as well; you can spot one in the distance here if you look closely on the zoomed-in view.
