mainly for the betterment of ang's sanity, we went out and got a stroller. Ruby seems to like it a lot. My main consolation in having one of these bulky contraptions around the house is that I can walk through town with my $100 stroller and watch all the trendites with $1800 bugaboos strolling with just as much ease as me.
This Zorki 3 with the Jupiter 12 is a fantastic "walk around" combination. The finder is not really necessary for street work but it looks cool.

Tim and I go for impromptu walks when the weather permits. We'll just look at each other and one of us'll say, "Want to walk around the block?" and we'll head off, often with tea or coffee mug in hand. This time, we'd been strolling for a while and he noticed I was double-camera-ing it: I had my SX-70 in one hand, and my little point-and-shoot digital in the other.
