We set out looking for the Black-necked Stilts that have been reported, but there were none. We did see a lot of these guy's strolling along in the bud flats at Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge Smyrna, DE

Qui gli sposini sono usciti dall'acqua e si sono fatti una breve passeggiata verso un luogo appartato ....

Oggi è una giornata dal clima prettamente autunnale. Viste le previsioni di un possibile nuovo lockdown cosa c'è di meglio che farsi una passeggiata di qualche km lungo l'alzaia del Naviglio Grande? Un'idea che è venuta anche ad altre persone, per fortuna non troppe.
