As I was walking on a wooded trail, this crane couple flew into the farm field beside me. I was able to shoot through an opening in the trees to quietly observe them. How exciting to have them drop in so close to where I was. Usually, they are too far out in a field for me to photograph. Or they fly overhead up high. They were content to stroll in the field together. It made me eager for those times of strolling with my husband again. Happy Wing Wednesday!
