I wish I had remembered to take my tripod, I wanted to try doing the smooth water look, but you have to keep the camera very still to do them. If you look in large size you can see the photo is not that sharp. I tried sharpening it a touch in picnik, might try in PS later.
this is 1.6 seconds hand held.
This stream is just down from Marymere Falls, on Washington's Olympic Peninsula. The forest there is so green. Green and wet. It might have something to do with it being a rainforest.

ALSO - Any of my Flickr friends who live in NY's capital region interested in a photo excursion this Friday or Saturday? I was thinking about something outdoors... depending on the weather. Kaaterskill falls? Somewhere in the Adirondacks? Let me know if you're interested.
I did a picture like this a couple of years ago I guess it was and though it picture wasn't bad the skill with processing was lacking.
So I did it again and I'm a lot more happy with it this time, but I still some things I want to do better but the skill is still not there. LOL Maybe in a few years I will try this again and the skills will be there and i'll be completely happy with it, Maybe...Processed with PicMonkey.
