This is my latest creation (Feb 2010), a double acting 2 cylinder wobbler steam engine. This was built from plans out of a 1995 Live Steam magazine that I found on the web. These were the worst prints I have ever encountered, many, many mistakes that got past the editor. Some I caught while studying the prints prior to getting started but others were discovered only when parts didn't fit as they were supposed to. It was a learning experience, to be sure.
Had to infiltrate a group of trainspotters for these pics (my arch nemesis) -quite pleased with the resulting pics tho -and no i will not be buying a thermos flask and notebook anytime soon :) -5 exposures tonemapped with photomatix
