This is a carrier statement that the Lincoln Star (Lincoln, Nebraska) used with its paper boy Mike Sylwester, who delivered a route in Seward, Nebraska, during December 1964. The statement detailed that he had to pay $22.91 to the company for the newspapers he delivered in the previous month.
Asbury Park is a treasure trove of graffiti and goodness. Really really hope it maintains its charm as they start to develop it more and more.

Was he making a post modern fashion statement? No actually this is a dad looking after his daughter's new teddy which she had won 15 minutes earlier on Scarborough Fair.
By the way he drives 70 ton trucks for a living.

"No-Body Zone: Designing an Exploded Audiobook"

No-Body Zone expanded out of Richard Foreman’s 1997 novel-in-parts “No-Body.”
From their statement:
“Can a media city-structure be built out of this book? We divided an audiobook recording among seven narrators, mostly previous Foreman actors. Using the recording process as a concrete method, and the narrators' bodies, histories, and recollections as a starting point, we gathered a spectrum of films, scripts, photos, recollections, city diagrams and material ephemera. Thus we tried to plan our city – and instead lost ourselves in spinning a paranoid web of incidentally connected work around the hermetic mythos of Foreman's theater -- a kind intertextual multi-lived hodge-podge/bricolage.
Like all hermetic projects, our No-Body archive shimmers with blind alleys, broken signs, and exploding hearts. In the liminal space between city and reverberation machine -- audiobook performance, hypertext plays, hard drive distribution, theatrical performance -- our audiobook, our website, and our thumbdrive vibrate together as No-Body. Our accreting remains in-process.
The Studio-X evening will produce another media artifact to be archived and broadcast: we will film the discussion and a performance of the new play 'Eastern/Western Meat Lessons' by Stephen Mosblech, a fragment-blending of Foreman's text and others, designed for the Studio-X space.”

Made for a class assignment I was given to create a professional mission statement. I see myself often acting as a bridge in many ways; this is a bridge symbol to remind me of that. The brown is the earth, groundedness; the water is emotion, unconscious, "troubled waters," the red is my passion for what I do.
The Parthenon in Nashville, Tennessee is a full-scale replica of the original Parthenon in Athens. It was built in 1897 as part of the Tennessee Centennial Exposition.
It says more in an honest way than either Romney or Obama said in their over 2 billion dollar campaigns for the presidency.
Candidates for all offices in the election cycle of 2012 spent about 7 billion dollars total. I wonder if anyone genuinely feels better about his or her life after a favored candidate won. What, in fact, was won? Does anyone other than the few people whose lobbyists (over 40,000 lobbyists?) successfully prevent their immense incomes from being shared with workers know?

I kept the rosary strands intact, just moving them around so they sit oh-so right on the neckline...creating a three strand piece of timeless luxury. I connected the top strand with large multi-faceted round crystal quartz to a gunmetal chain that dangles various shapes and sizes of more clear quartz and sterling silver for contrast...including three gems of opulent Moonstone. The 2inch crucifix dangles a striking 7inches below the longest strand (sits right around the navel.) The shortest strand measures 18inches.

Any sort of pattern can be found outside. just twist the focus and hey presto.
As long as you have light you can create any pattern and sharpness, brightness. The opportunities are endless. This photo represents late at night thinking. All these things are going past you but you can quite get an idea for your next project. The pattern in the light is quite edgy and fresh.
After your cash flows and retained #cash is one of the most critical #parameters. Now after knowing the basics let us move on to some additional benefits.
Artist's Statement:
I stole these yellow ribbon magnets from the backs of vehicles in parking lots across Phoenix, AZ, where they are plentiful. I found an unsurprising correlation between the size of the vehicle and the number of ribbons on the bumper. While I believe theft is wrong, I believe the advocation of state-sanctioned violence is much worse. After scanning these magnets, many of them very decayed, I destroy them.
Some may say that supporting the troops is not the same as supporting war. This is very wrongful thinking to me. I have met many soldiers in my lifetime and they are generally decent people, but there is not a draft in America. The War on Terror is not a war of self-defense, but of aggression, nationalism and fear. Therefore, it is a choice to go overseas and demolish men, women, children, houses, farms, entire cities even. I believe supporting the troops is a very evil idea, even if their job is not enviable, even if their murderous rampages does not always make them terrible people at home. It is so strange and dark how ripping children apart with machine guns does not entirely disable one to love their own children.
That leads me to my next point: Why these ribbons are magnetic. They are purposefully easy to remove so that if public opinion were to suddenly and overwhelmingly change, the drivers of gas-guzzling SUVs could avoid scrutiny. Otherwise, why don't the majority of magnet consumers opt for adhesive?
All I am doing is taking the initiative. For every ribbon I remove, that is one less bigoted, hateful, war-mongering driver you will see in traffic. Perhaps, if you see one of these magnets yourself, you would do the rest of the world a favor and remove it.
Note: the one's that are non-war related accidentally got mixed up in this. I kept them because they're interesting.
