I love to see girls in white dresses!

the battle has began springtime is back !

La battaglia è iniziata la primavera è tornata!

Today I managed to photograph my first butterflies of the season whilst out in Hertfordshire.

Besides this Peacock, I saw a White, a Comma and an Orange Tip.

This shot is deliberately over exposed to bring out the detail of this stunning species.

Snowcapped mountains are in the Portneuf Range to the east.

The finished bag!

It measures 12 x 15 inches with a 3-1/2" gusset and a 26-1/2" strap.

I am tempted to keep this one!!!

It is a large bag that would be great to carry lots of crafting supplies or I could use it as a diaper bag.

Spring time in the parish garden, no longer a pastor there, but the magnolia tree bravely holds its ground. This year I am particularly pleased to see him bloom. I need such signs especially now.

I just love this time of the year, with the knowledge that all of summer is stretched out before us!

Turkey Vultures soar over an overgrown pasture that occupies one of many gullies incising the clay plain that forms the north shore of Lake Erie. Looking more like a park or Garden of Eden, it is probably at its best here in mid-May, as it bursts into leaf and bloom.
