A sign that Spring is suddenly with us, a carpet of snowdrops with a few cyclamen.

Longing for springtime to arrive! I want to see butterflies, bees and other insects again, trees in bloom, birds nesting and me sitting in the sun!

My garden daffodil

Hopefully everyone is staying stafe through this pandemic and hopefully we can get back to normal soon.

The 16 April 2022 Happy Caturday theme is Springtime/Spring Cats. Somehow with the snow and cold rain ... and busy work schedule... and flirting with freezing temps, I did not get much springtime cheer from Tikki. Still I decided to try to share the new attempt rather than one of my past joy of springtime pix. Hurray for periwinkle (vinca) and tulips.

Usually there is a small creek / ditch here, now there is water in the forest as well.

Sometimes the most valuable treasure is simply the ability to see beauty in the world around us.

Springtime

A walk on the ice, realising the spring is really behind the corner. A dark tone due to dark ages, but we must all remember that there is always a little stray of light giving us hope.

Sunshine and showers today, not great to be out in but it did produce some lovely light.
