Spring Rolls made on vacation at the beach. I can still smell them.

It's Spring Rolls!!

The asian food restaurant where it just sells service and atmosphere but the chinese food is so bad!! (Im chinese so i know what good chinese food taste like)

Cafe Patrick / Marigot Vietnamese Salad with Crab Springrolls

Chinese for dinner. It was yummy. I didn't make these, they are from the take away!

I haven't quite figured out how to keep a tidy workspace when making springrolls.

We used two pans and cooked in batches. The results were delicious.

I made a mix to taste of these things, left to right - Ginger oil (use in moderation!) sesame oil, fish sauce, Sriracha paste, Wochestershire sauce, and wheat free soy sauce.
