Sea food Hot Pot.
Since i eat either halal or seafood, generally the local dishes in saigon is something not to be missed.
It's fun trying different ways of having spring rolls, rather than the traditional way. This was a really lovely dessert...

Springroll is a very common dish in the Tet holiday (Lunar New Year) of every Vietnamese family.
With numerous ingredients varied from vegetables, meat to fresh herbs, eaten together with delicious mixed fish sauce, this is cannot miss once you have chance to experience the Vietnamese Tet :).
The tat soy (related to bok choy), carrots, and cilantro were grown in Arizona and super-fresh. The bell pepper was from a co-op with great produce. The bean sprouts were the weakest link. These were so yummy. There was a peanut sauce to go with them.
The BEST spring rolls in Singapore, even the President of SIngapore has stopped in. They are THAT GOOD...and only $3 each!!
Ha, ha. No, but seriously, Dag and Line got me out on my first bicycling trip this season. Wonderful! :-)
