We tried a new restaurant on the east side. This is veggie beef vermicelli. Matt is eating a veggie burger of some sort with salad.
This Siamese-style roll is light and crispy, filled with cellophane noodles, carrots, celery, and large shrimp.
Shrimp and shredded pork spring rolls at Pho Hung (350 Spadina Avenue, Toronto). Although I had been to Pho Hung before, Pete and I usually eat up the spring rolls too quickly to remember to photograph them.

loved the seafood springrolls at bistro 21 they have such an artsy way of serving their dishes i just wuv it! ummm even the peanut dipping sauce was ummm!

Our Australian-German Bali cooking course at the Ladybamboo Villa was well organised. First all of the ingredients are purchased at the markets of Ubud, which is a fantastic experience. On our return to the hotel all of the spices and other ingredients are explained. Everyone then participates and starts preparing the ingredients. The best part comes when everything is finished and we are able to sample all of our dishes that we have prepared.

Now you roll the spring roll up until you're left with a small triangle at the end - wet it and seal it up
