Decent, not amazing. Hoisin-based dipping sauce, could've used more fresh herbs/flavor in the rolls. Pacific Cafe.

Homemade spring rolls...yummm.

These are always a big hit whenever we make them. Filled with crabs, shrimp, pork, shiitake mushrooms, onions...so so good.

We're going to taste some great flavors today!

I am completely addicted to these things! Seriously...If I could only eat one thing, I think these would be it....the fresh veggies, a bit of chicken, the sauce...yum! If I had to pick between these or chocolate. These would win, hands down! That's how good they are.

Huong was teaching us, at Mat's request, how to make vietnamese spring/garden rolls.

These businesses fight with one another to bring people in who make the better spring rolls. But what's the deal with having 4 businesses next to eachother selling the exact same thing.
