It should be here. Spring. I have been waiting so patiently.

But today we had snowfall again...

However. Every season has its benefits for photography.

Happy Fence Friday, have a great weekend regardless of the season!

We are on British Summer Time, it's Easter, we have had lamb for dinner, the crocuses (croci?) are out, but where is spring!? It's freezing out!

Have a great weekend everyone--thanks for stopping by!

An early season snowberry clearwing moth visiting the wild plum blossoms. Usually I see these moths much later in the year. As it happens, I woke up with an inch or so of snow on the ground here today, April 20. hmmmm

Kansas.com: "Wichita may have only seen 0.7 inches of snow Tuesday morning, but that amount and this late in the season was enough to be the second-latest measurable snow in records dating back to 1918. The latest measurable snow was 0.2 inches on April 23, 2013, according to meteorologist Roger Martin of the National Weather Service in Wichita."

Nice looking ones with pink edges. Results of past years of honeybee activity.
