A new jumbo-sized snapper that pack an extra pop!

This snapper was stuck in the middle of a busy highway, at noon, on a swelteringly hot day. We pulled over, and helped him along.
He was NOT happy about it, and I had to circle around him a bit before I could grab him. He hissed and peed, but I got him to the safety of a roadside pond.

This Snapper is just a few months old and its hypomelanistic. Hypomelanism is closely related to albinism, but the turtle still has some melanin.
