Poor fella has seen better days. I now officially know that I do not care for fish served that way. While the meat itself is fantastic, I hate fish bones and skin and I did not enjoy eating this at all. So that is the end of my cooking whole fish adventures.
A couple of young snappers that I met at Pioneer Square. The one on the left was sportin' a Minolta SRT 101, while her buddy was shooting with an AE-1. They were admiring my F-100 with Tammy SP 24-135 glass. I assured them that their rigs are quite capable of delivering professional results. I was pleased that they seemed quite satisfied and content with the older models.

Sea Foam
This is a natural process occurring in especially big seas, where plankton and other small sea organisms are literally pulverised against the rocks of the shoreline, resulting in a very fine protein suspension in the sea which coats the air-bubbles created by the waves to create a stiff froth, just the same way as egg protein coats air bubbles to make meringue, and beer protein coats air bubbles to produce a head of foam in a beer glass. from viv.id.au/blog/20070827.871/sea-foam/
