Snacking, but not on a graham cracker...!

The snack could be a barking gecko, Ptenopus garrulus, whose beautiful chorus is heard at dusk when males sit at the entrance of their burrows, and with only their heads showing, call "kek-kek-kek" to attract females. The snack here seems female - it looks like she was laying eggs when she became prey.

This Anhinga has spear fishing down to an art form, given that it's beak is the spear basically. I love how these birds, like a lot that I've seen, like to toss the fish in the air and swallow it as it falls head first down their gullet.
