with potatoes and bok choy sprouts

First try with the slow cooker. Actually followed a recipe..(well, mostly, homemade pesto and substituted whatever type of potatoes I had in the house for the Yukon specified).

Next two small cans of stewed tomatoes poured over the chicken and onions.

Slow Cooking something good

The second slow-cooker meal that I have made this month.

The first was a sweet and sour beef concoction, that we served over white rice.

Both have proven to be delicious.

I just wonder what I'm making next. ;')

(F-Mail me for the recipe, if you're so interested.)

I tried making a stew in the slow cooker- but after 4 hours the potatos aren't even close to being cooked so into the oven it went... waiting for it to come out as we speak!

**Update** 20 minutes in the oven at 375 and it was DEEELISH! Everyone is gobbling it up, I wish I had made biscuits to go with it.

Making cheesecake in the Anthony Worral Thompson slow cooker.

I had no idea who this guy was until I saw his website. He is a TV cook and his slow cooker is pretty good but a little big. This week I've made rice pudding, soup and now cheesecake in it so it's getting used, I guess.

No effort needed for the meat & bone to separate.

Inspired by my favorite drink at my favorite local coffee shop I came up with a drink I like even better and can serve to a crowd!
