James Nasmyth (1808 - 1890) for his book The Moon: Considered as a Planet, a World, and a Satellite (1885).
Telescopes of his time lacked fine detail, so Nasmyth constructed plaster models of moonscapes, and photographed those. A kind of hand-made image enhancement, with some imagination thrown in
-NOT THE ACTUAL COLOR - Simulation of what our house will look like if hardie plank only had a photoshop palette. The model house is blue, ours will be red. so that's why there are blue lines between the siding pieces.
A little cameo scene I've created at Kidsgrove in the sidings behind the station on the Up side, the first custom assests can be seen in the background in the shape of the Coal bagging hopper and Coal bins.
