A view of Owl Tree Ranch in Apple Valley Ca. I grew up looking at this from the back door. This I have to say I have never seen like this. Evey day brings something new and brings its own beauty and wonder! I'd like to say that this is close to heaven on earth!

Spathiphyllum is a genus of about 40 species of monocotyledonous flowering plants in the family Araceae, native to tropical regions of the Americas and southeastern Asia. Certain species of Spathiphyllum are commonly known as Spath or Peace Lilies.
Having kids around means running around with the camera trying to capture that beautiful, innocent smiles that only children can master!

This is so simple and delicious "Honigkuchen" (a spiced honey bread with almonds and candid orange). In the rhine region of Germany and in the Netherlands this is also a typical breakfast bread throughout the year.
