Saw these signs while driving back from the family memorial service. Not sure what the significance of the fish is.

Stylish Chadderton Library sign. Whilst the library itself is an earlier 20th century building this sign 'looks' like a 70's add on however it could be original from when it was built. Photo taken from Victoria Street, Chadderton.
I'd love to get a Hamm's sign of my own, and a Grain Belt.
Two beers I doubt I'll ever willingly drink.
Villa Francesca is another one of those great Italian restaurants in in the North End and has one of the largest painted signs in the city. This well-hidden 4-story-tall beauty is tucked into the left side of the building and is blocked from view if you are walking from Hanover Street. (#84 of 100 in the Boston Signage Project)
Arctic Building, downtown Louisville. I love how fixing the bricks resulted in the sign turning to noise at the end.

I see I had a friendly greeting from this one showing there were two of them!

Couldn't quite get the massive grandeur of this sign in the shot. It has huge triangular beams holding it up.

a job for a sign making company. love the slick curve of the building. course, the gorgeous porsches weren't too hard on the eyes either! turned out, i really enjoyed these two long days of architectural shots - buildings stay still for HOURS at a time, and it's usually just a matter of waiting for the clouds to move in the right spot :)
